URL: http://clik.to/leighwasson Leigh Wasson is a 19 y.o singer/songwriter who performs her own brand of acoustic guitar based music. Leigh's influences include Sarah Mclachlan, Elliott Smith, Abbey Dobson, Frente, Aimee Man, The Clouds, Neil Finn and the Mavis's. In 2002 Leigh recorded her first demo CD, produced by Grant Walmsley (Screaming Jets) and started hitting the Newcastle and Central Coast scene as a soloist. She has performed at various venues/events including; A Major Music Expo, the Frequency festival and The Northern star. Now based in Melbourne, she is setting about building up a profile and working towards recording her debut EP. |
