LOve Hope Strength in King Edward Park
Callaghan College Newcastle pays tribute to cancer victims by holding a prayer flag ceremony in King Edward Park, overlooking the hills, beach and city of Newcastle. Each prayer flag contains the name of a cancer victim from our community. The College helped music teacher / local rocka Brien McVernon (The Retro Rockets) to raise funds to support the global cancer foundation Love Hope Strength.
