The Veld

URL: http://www.theveld.net/ Originally called 'Just For The Night' the band started by brothers Jake and Simon Dobson and Jacob and Isaac Adele on the Central Coast in July 2004. The group subsequently teamed up with guitarist/vocalist Daniel Irwin and within 2 weeks they had put together a set and played their first show to a crowd of over 300 people. It was after this that they thought there might be a possability that they will play more then 'Just For The Night'. They soon went on to support such acts as One Dollar Short, Irrelevant, and Wishful Thinking. In late March 2005, 'Just For The Night' entered the studio with engineer Greg Stace (Kid Courageous, One Dollar Short) to record their first EP.
