Forming in April 2006 after the demise of the band 'Whoopachang', Stunner features Evan Doyle on drums, and the addition of fellow Whoopachang guitarist Kyle Middleton, plus the joining of long time musical companion Anthony White on bass. The three instrumentalists wanted to focus on their instrument, so they recruitment frontman Liam Buxton to complete the lineup. After 2 and a half months of solid writing, Stunner, back then known as 'Quake' had developed and refined enough material to enter the Warner's Bay High School 'Big Bay Out'.
