Monday Metal Madness ’08

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

Monday Metal MadnessMonday Metal Madness returns to the Cambridge Hotel this year on October 27th, 2008.

MMM remains a core part of Newcastle Music Week and this year is set to get even louder with some of the nastiest sounds ever presented within the region.

Sydney death metal greats, Dred will take the night to new extremes of brutality for metal in Newcastle supported by four local outfits set to stun.

Overlords of thrash, Sabretung will be packing the rack of pain.

Indisperse will be launching their debut album “The Reckoning” and newcomers to the thrash scene SoulTremor will be undergoing a trial of fire by opening the show.

On the night we will be running a raffle, with prizes donated by Underground Empire and the bands performing on the night.

Ten bucks or a slain emo (joke) at the door gets you a ticket to the most anticipated event on the local metal calender.
