Featuring the sounds of Zoe K & The Money Shot Band, The Nickson Wing, Joe Hall & The Treehouse Band and DJ Maynard. Be entertained by a host of street performers as this concert provides the perfect forum to kick off Music Awards Week and announce the very first winner in this year’s Awards – 2009 Broadcasters’ Choice. Bring a blanket, friends and a Friday night feast.

Hottest Ticket In Town Music Industry Event

1233 ABC Newcastle will host the Hunter and Central Coast region’s music industry night of nights. This invite only event will award genre category winners and announce specialist category winners in the 2009 Music Awards. Featuring an array of performances by 2009 entrants …

All 2009 Entrants are invited to this event, however capacity is limited so it’s a method of first in first serve. If you are announced in the Top Five, ensure you secure your ticket by visiting 1233 ABC Newcastle studio or if you’re on the Central Coast, 92.5FM from Monday 26 October.

Note: This year, for the first time ever, there will not be an event at Civic Theatre Newcastle. Instead we are holding two separate events, ‘Chill On The Hill‘ and the Awards presentation at Lizottes.
