Newcastle has one of the biggest burgeoning music scenes in Australia, spawning some of the best independent bands around.
Whilst there has been a list of new festivals popping up in Australia including a prominent one in Newcastle, none of these have featured the talent of tomorrow.
Step in Hullabalooza, a mini music festival that will converge on Newcastle this November 5th. Hullabalooza will play host to the region’s best and most promising artists over the one night at the Newcastle Leagues Club.
Amongst the mix of five bands are Bacardi band comp grand finalists Little Blak Dress, Dungog based hard rock band Caleb Skips Chemistry, progressive rockers Cota, the hyper-intense Sendfire, and well known headliners Light Noise.
The night will not just be about the bands though … The Jim Beam party crew girls will be on the prowl mixing it up with the crowd. Prizes and giveaways provided by Reverb, Lathams Music, Parachute Music, Coke and EAO Entertainment will ensure that just turning up will be a whole lot of fun.
So put on your rock shoes and dance your way through the doors of the Hullabalooza mini rock festival!
Purchase your tickets from Newcastle Leagues Club or Parachute Music now and keep your eyes on the website for further announcements – www.hullabalooza.com.au – or find Hullabalooza on facebook or MySpace to receive regular updates.
